My order says delivered but i did not receive it...what to do ?

If your package says delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping company with a tracking number provided no less than 24 hours. Also, do not hesitate to contact us within 24 hours of when it says delivered. In your email, please include the reference number which would have been given by the shipping company when filing a complaint with them.

Working Hours/Shipping Time
We work from Monday to Friday and off duty on weekends . All orders on Friday and weekends will be taken care next Monday.

We ship your parcels with USPS and Canada Post .
Free shipping on all order over $60 

Please note that processing times before shipping can take up to 10 days as most of our products are handmade. If not handmade, processing will take about 2-5 days.

Please note in some cases like holidays or times with high call volumes, processing times may take longer.

United States / Canada / Mexico
Transit/Delivery time: 3-10 BUSINESS days once shipped

UK
Transit time: 3-15 business days once shipped

Australia / New Zealand
Transit time: 7+ business days once shipped.

Other Countries

Delivery/Transit time will vary but will most likely take about 7 or more days to arrive.

Correct Shipping Address is needed
When you place your order, please put your correct shipping address,including ZIP CODE and Phone number. We are unresponsible for incorrect shipping address. We dont accept P.O. Boxes address.Any change on shipping address after parcel shipped is not accepted.
If parcels are returned to us because buyers offered inaccurate or invalid address, the buyers should pay for the returning shipping and the second time shipping rate.
So ,please DOUBLE CHECK your shipping address is correct before CHECKOUT.
